How the contest will be judged:
IMS Hockey and Perani Arena front office staff in concert with the OHL4Flint community advisory board will review all submissions and choose a winner. If multiple entries match the winning team name, logo and jersey color scheme, a random drawing will be held to choose the ultimate winner.
The list of current OHL team names are listed below. The team moving to Flint was previously known as the Plymouth Whalers.

The Fine Print And Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES and CANADA, subject to these official rules. - Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry. Business entries are eligible to participate. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Entry runs from February 4, 2015 to February 11, 2015. Entrants irrevocably waive any and all rights to their team name, color and logo submissions. Entrants hereby irrevocably grants IMS Hockey Corporation, its business units, officers, representatives and assigns right to use, copy, reproduce, and seek intellectual property rights and protection to their team name, color and logo submissions without payment, royalties, or compensation, in the sole and absolute discretion of IMS Hockey Corporation. IMS Hockey Corporation reserves the right to use the name, color and logo submissions for its purposes, in its sole and absolute discretion. Entrants represent and warrant that entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of their submission and their submission does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or any other interest of any third party. Alternate method of entry: mail a postcard with your name, address, and email address if applicable, to IMS Hockey Corporation, Perani Arena & Events Center, 3501 Lapeer Road, Flint, Michigan, 48503. Contest closes at midnight on February 11, 2015. The winner will be contacted the week of February 16th, 2015.

Only one entrant will win. The winner will be chosen no later than February 20th, 2015 and the winner will be announced at a press conference at the Perani Arena & Events Center. The winner will be notified by email, phone, or by mail and such notification will direct the winner on how to redeem his or her prize. If a potential prize winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days, the prize shall be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner using the same procedures outlined above, whether or not that entrant’s submission is utilized by IMS Hockey Corporation. The prize is valued at approximately $830.00. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. The contest is sponsored by IMS Hockey Corporation. Entrants agree that the sponsor of this contest, OHL4Flint, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents or other representatives of any kind shall not be responsible or liable for damages or losses of any kind arising out of or resulting from entry in this Contest, loss of an entry, acceptance or use of a prize, or any other matter related to this Contest, including, without limitation, claims based on property damages, personal injury and/or death, publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. No transfer, substitution, upgrade, credit, refund or cash equivalent for prizes is allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value or cash value for any prize. All decisions related to, as well as all interpretation of these official contest rules by sponsor shall be final. This agreement shall be binding on the entrant, their successors and assigns.
